With over 20 years of experience working for large global corporations, non-profits, and membership-based organizations as an HR and Management expert, I've dedicated my career to helping the people who will change the world believe they can. 

 

Behind every amazing mission is the group of dynamic people helping to see it through. Confident, effective leaders have the ability to change the world and it's my job to help every person on this path to believe they can.

 

In the role of a professional coach, I work with leaders to grow beyond their limitations by empowering them to break down barriers to success, and through my five-step framework, map out the plan for personal and professional fulfillment.  I do this by empowering dynamic leaders to discover, define and develop their edge so they may lead more effectively and create greater impact in their careers. 

 

As a consultant, I partner with small to midsize organizations with minimal HR and talent resources to create a highly-effective people strategy and establish a leadership path by improving employee experience. I have helped shape organizations in the manufacturing and nonprofit industries by providing strategies to transform their leadership, diversity, and inclusion.
